Neck Stretch Easy Exercise for Office Yoga

Next stretch. So next we are going to do a exercise that helps how to reduce tension in one of the biggest trouble spots which is peoples necks. We are going to sit up next and tall in the edge of our sit once again and we are just going to drop our right ear over to our right shoulder making sure that we keep our left shoulder pressing down. That we do not bring our left shoulder along with us. You can just stay here or if you want you can just rest your right hand on top of your head not pulling just allow the weight of your hand to get a little extra stretch on the left side of the neck. Okay come to center and come to the other side drop the left ear to the left shoulder keeping the right shoulder pressing down towards the floor. Again you can stay here or you can bring left hand up and just gently rest it near your right ear. Just lift your head back to center.
