On behalf of expertvillage.com, my name is Captain Rafael Mayans down here in South Florida with Sea Cross Sports Fishing Inc. Today we are going to explain to you offshore fishing techniques. All right, here we go. We already discussed the heavy tackle and the light tackle. Now these are conventional reels. This is a spinning reel. As you see it has an open veil up in the front that you flip open like that to cast our your line. For beginners, this is the reel that I recommend to use. It is very easy, not too hard at all to handle and you really can't tangle up a line too much. The veil flips over, you start reeling and automatically the veil goes up and down placing your line right on the spool, again, just like it is supposed to be on. So it is very, very easy tackle to use.
