I'm Christopher Howell and I'm speaking on behalf of Expert Village. Now when I was running for just recreation and I needed to kind of build myself up cause I knew I was going to be playing soccer soon, and I was going to start soccer in maybe in a few more weeks, things I did to may be build myself up was I just started adding a little bit more time. I kept running the same speed and the same pace, but I started to increase the distance little by little, and then once I got used to the distance, I actually started to increase my speed little by little. I will pick up my jog a little bit or maybe towards the end of my run I will throw in a sprint. Then once I got used to one of those things, I’d build up a little bit more. In the middle of my run, I might do a really fast sprint and then go back to jogging. What that does, it increases your stamina, because if you go ahead and waste all the energy, you got so much more distance you got to keep running, you end up just pushing yourself, and you just get used to those levels of just pushing yourself, making it harder and harder and you just get better and better. Then once when it feels you are doing really good you can even take the next step. The best thing to do is go ahead and find a friend you may have, or just any type of random person you can find that will help you and run with them and get each other to kind of push each other. They may be at the same level as you, you may be a little bit better, they may be a little better, but you just keep pushing each other and keep pushing each other.
