Decorating a Paper Bag Piñata

Hello, my name is Cindy Glover and on behalf of expertvillage.com, I'm going to show how to decorate the paper bag piñata. First take your stuff paper bag and a variety of different colors of tissue paper, cut them in six inch wide stripes and with your scissors fringe the bottom about half way up and about one to four inches apart and starting at the bottom of your paper bag with your glue you'll glue one strip at a time all the way around the bag. I'm starting with red, tissue paper is easy to work with and as you apply the tissue paper you can also color on it or put stickers on it and then another layer and this one is green, I will finish up with white and also you can take strips of tissue paper and glue it to the bottom of the piñata. This is what the finished layer tissue paper decoration looks like after that’s done, it’s ready to hang and play the piñata game.
