How to Swaddle Your Newborn Baby

Hi I’m Vanessa with Expert Village and I am going to show you how to swaddle your newborn. First we want to take the blanket, spread it out, fold down a corner that is where the baby’s head is going to go. Newborns like to be swaddled. They like to be held tightly and securely so what I am going to do is bring this side over, tuck it underneath him, tuck up their feet, bring their bottom up, tuck that into the side that you just tucked under and then take the other side and then put it over; tuck that under and that in a sense is how you swaddle your newborn.
