volume is too low (must be problem with audio on original recording)

Monica your videos have been a great help for me. I recently had my neck fused from C3-C7 and was instructed to have therapy. Knowing the therapists in my home town are not that great, I went on the web and found your videos and I thank you for the help that you have given me.

Volume is too low but is acceptable, the commerical volume is way to loud for the low volume of these videos. when it goes off you have to run to the volume control to turn it down. The videos are great it would be nice if you could put the silent advertisement on these.

Trapezius Exercises for Neck Physical Therapy

Hi, I'm Monica. This next exercise I am going to show you focuses on the upper trap muscles, so the muscles that are right on the back of your neck here. And it is also kind of a combination of a strengthening exercise but it is also great for relaxation as well. A lot of times at the end of the day we will have really tense shoulders all right up in here so a good way to try and get rid of that as well as build up your strength a little bit too would be these exercises. So nice tall posture again. What you are going to want to do is slowly raise your shoulders up like right like this and try and get to the point where you can't squeeze them anymore. You want to hold them, hold them, squeeze them as tight as you can, usually about five seconds and then relax. Come up again, hold up hold them hold them squeeze them again about five seconds and relax. You want to make sure you are doing your breathing while you are doing this as well so hold it up again. Hold them hold them and relax.
