On behalf of expertvillage.com, my name is Captain Rafael Mayans, down here in South Florida with Sea Cross Sports Fishing Inc. Today we are going to explain to you offshore fishing techniques. Okay, natural baits. One of my favorite baits to use are natural baits because they are mostly eating this of course because offshore eating natural baits. So how would you rate the ballyhoo, you can either buy them already rigged or you can buy them unrigged like this which is how I preferably use it. I'll grab the hook and stick it right inside the gill area and I will pass the hook right through, bending and curving the ballyhoo. Basically as soon as that curve comes through, you are going to have the hook coming out, you are going to shove it inside and you are going to pierce the wire through the top of this knot of the ballyhoo which is the first process of rigging this bait.
