Scrapbooking: The Ties that Bind Memory Books

Hi! This is Ginny with Simply Beautiful Crafts. Please tune into www.tlcproductionsonline.com and see what is new in crafting. We are almost finished with our paper bag memory book. There are only a few pages left to the end. On these last few pages I found some clear stickers and had a lot of fun putting on here what I wanted to wrap the story up. On the very last page inside cover I tried to make it coordinate with the front page inside cover and also end the story, it is your birthday, the 20th reason to celebrate. When you have finished making your paper bag book before you bind it you want to open it up and lay it flat and then get some kind of oak tag or thick paper and make a little binding to put on here so that your ribbon does not pull through. Once you have that finished you are going to put your ribbon through the holes on either side and turn it over and tie it snuggly but not too tightly and do not forget on your last page before you put it in, you want to put your ribbon between your template and the bag so that when you are all done you can wrap it up neatly in a bow and your memory bag is ready to go. It was so much fun making this book for Sheila. I hope you enjoyed making your paper bag books as well. Happy crafting.
