Post Pattern Offensive Play in American Football

Hi! I am Geoff and on behalf of expertvillage.com, we are now going to show you a basic offensive play for beginning football. This play is called a post pattern. Madison my daughter will play the center, my son Tristan will play the wide receiver and I will play quarterback. In this particular play the receiver goes down field about 20 yards and cuts towards the middle and is usually utilized for a touchdown or a long yarded game situation, hut and that is how you execute a proper post pattern offensive play for beginning football.
