On behalf of Expert Village I'm Sifu Dwight Woods of Unified Martial Art Academy in Miami, Florida and today we are going to be talking about beginners jeet kune do. Alright jeet kune do is Bruce Lee's martial art philosophy so it is a way of fighting a way of martial combat but there is also a philosophy aspect to it and so jeet kune do training sort of speak is covered by principles and mythology. So unlike other martial art methods where you can say well this art is from this country or it is Japanese or Korean or Chinese or whatever jeet kune do at the same time compose of martial art technique but like wise it is compose of I would say it again martial art philosophy. The truth is the best way to understand jeet kune do is probably just be in it now, to be activity involved, to be on the training floor and that is kind of the way that you get the best benefit of it.
