Making a Platter of Vegetable Party Appetizers

So I'm just finishing up putting together a vegetable platter here. Those gorgeous colors. I mean, part of being a good hostess for the holiday season means being aware of your guest preferences or their needs and seeing as we live in an era where everybody seems to be on a perpetual diet, the veggie platter is definitely a welcome addition. And when you put it together, I mean, you wouldn't go and put together cucumber, broccoli, cauliflower, and celery. I mean you want to play with the colors as much as you can. And same goes for the fruit platters so think pinks, think watermelon, you want to go with some green kiwis, purple grapes. I mean, really play with the colors as much as you can because, of course, we eat with our eyes. And these are all nicely cut bite size. They are totally that food that you can sit by the table at the party and not feel guilty because you were just nibbling the whole evening on it. And there we go, that's it, that's ready to put.
