Making A Floral Head Wreath For A Wedding: Part 2

Hi this is Diana for ExpertVillage.com and now we are going to make a head wreath. We have already done the ivy in a circle measured to the head of whoever is going to be wearing it and now we are going to add the flowers. So I have chosen my little mini pink roses again so that it matches the rest of the wedding and I will find what will be the middle and just attach a rose with the florist tape. You can decide if you want the flowers to go all the way around or if you just want them halfway around and sometimes it is cute if you have a little girl as your flower girl with all kinds of different flowers on it instead of just the one kind from the bouquet. And you can make this out of baby’s breath too, the little white flowers that look like popcorn that is the traditional head wreath also. And the next thing that we are going to do is add some little ribbons to the back, I have chosen some ribbon that matches the color of the roses and I am just going to bend it in the middle and it ties it. Pull it through and it will tie itself and I like to leave some little ends down the back, just loop it - pull the ends through and leave the tails hanging, loop it in the middle. This will also help cover up the little piece of wire that you have used to secure the ends of the ivy. And there is your little head wreath for your flower girl.
