Chocolate Truffles Recipe

Hi, I'm Lauren Taylor and welcome to the bakers corner. Today we are going to be making chocolate truffles which actually you don't bake. But they are dessert and it's not chicken, so it's fallen into the category of the bakers corner for me. Truffles is one of my favorite thing to make and eat. My friends are always so impressed when I know how to make these and really there are so simple. Once you learn the basic things that go into a truffle and trust me, minimal ingredients involved. Once you understand the basic ingredients and how to make the truffle, you can add any kind of flavor you want, either some flavored syrup or some liquors, and fresh fruit, nuts or cocoa powder. Really the possibility is endless. So let's get started today. We are making semisweet chocolate truffles rolled in hazel nuts.
