Hi! I’m Amelia and today we’re talking about bridal bouquets and we’re working on a cascading bouquet. We just put the heather in to kind of frame out this bouquet. Now we’re going to start adding our main flower, which in this case is roses. You don’t want you main flower to be the heather here, so we want to make sure we’re bringing our main flower all the way out to where that is. So this is our first flower and I’m trying to choose one that’s kind of small since it’s going to be out so far on the edge of the arrangement. You also want it to kind of angle in that direction also. Now this is I think a little bit long. It’s going to sink into the floral foam about a half inch. I think that was just a little bit longer than I wanted it to be. You also want to try and aim it so it as well is kind of pointing downward with the arrangement. So there we go and you just want to use these flowers just like you did the heather and just move around the arrangement filling it in. Again we’re using multiple colors of flowers, so you want to make sure that you don’t get too much of one color in one spot. So I’m going to bring one of these bright pink ones out there towards the outside edge also, maybe this one. Generally speaking you want to use smaller, more delicate colors towards the outside in points with any arrangements you make
