Often when you move a bike around you may feel kind of a deep clunking sound, things aren't tight so perhaps something is really loose on the bike. You may want to check what that is. First obviously check that the wheels are properly fixed to the frame, quick release or tighten all the obvious things that could be loose are tight. You are still hearing it especially in the front of the bike, you obviously have one of the bearings surfaces is loose. Most bikes have, I think we are talking about five major bearings surfaces, at least four. One is the headset bearing, which is what the fourth turns on. You have your two hub bearings, obviously what the wheel spins on right here. The bottom bracket bearing, which is what the crank set revolves on or crank arm revolves on. You have your front hub and rear hub. Bottom bracket and headset. So those are the four major bearing surfaces on a bike and they need to be in proper adjustment, not too loose obviously because that is where the clunking noise come from. Too tight means they are going to bind and prematurely wear out.
