Making a Beef Marinade for Cooking Steak

Hello! This is Chef Sean Roe on behalf of expertvillage.com. So if I was going to make perhaps a marinade for some beef I could use some red wine, a little bit of vinegar, a little lemon juice and fair amount of olive oil, some pepper, a little salt and some rosemary would be nice. Rosemary is very good with beef and just a little bit of garlic. We take that and we stir it around to form a temporary emulsion and then we can take our beef and we can marinate this on the beef. It is best to marinate beef from 4 to 24 hours of course in a refrigerated environment and you can choose whatever you like to use as a product. I like marinating even in spaghetti sauce or mariner sauce and make a piece of steak Iola; blends a very nice flavor.
