Hi! I am Nili Nathan; I have a website and TV show called Great Healing Getaways where I write, research and host on Holistic Health and Wellness from around the world. Today I am talking to you about aromatherapy and how you can use some aromatherapy products and how you can make them right in your own home. I want to show you a wonderful massage oil that you can make. What you will do is you start of with a carrier oil. I like to use sweet almond oil so we use one ounce of almond oil. Then what you will do is you will blend 15 drops of lavender oil and then I take Rosemary oil and I will use 10 drops of the Rosemary oil, then lemon oil. These are all 100% pure essential oils. I will use five drops of these Be very careful not to get this on your skin or in your eyes; one, two, three, four, five of the lemon oil, here we go, then we will want to blend it and you want to transfer it to a dark bottle, either dark brown or dark blue will work well. It will last up to three months if you store it correctly in a dry dark place away from direct sunlight and heat. Use your funnel, pour it into the bottle and this makes a wonderful massage oil and you can also rub your tired and achy feet as well, for a foot massage. Then make sure you label everything so you will know what you just blended. So I put massage oil and I put the recipe on here; 15 drops of lavender, 10 drops of Rosemary and 5 drops of lemon oil. There you go. This will last for three months.
