Using Lavender Aromatherapy Recipes to Ease Sinuses & Help Breathing

Hi! I am Nili Nathan; I have a website and a TV show called Great Healing Getaways where I write and produce on holistic health. Today we are talking about aromatherapy and how you can make some aromatherapy products right in your own home. Combining oils is very easy. A good recipe for using four oils for breathing easier and to ease sinus would be lavender, peppermint, eucalyptus and tea tree. Lavender relieves pain, relaxes spasms, it calms, promotes sleep, fights infections. Peppermint clears congestion but you want to remember not to take peppermint if you are also using homeopathic medicines because they may not work. Eucalyptus fights infections and clears the sinuses. Tea tree oil is antibacterial, antiviral, anti-fungus and it also stimulates the immune system. So what I am going to show you today is a recipe to ease sinus infection and problems with your sinuses. What you are going to do is get a bowl and pour in boiling water in the bowl. Then you take two drops of eucalyptus and two drops of peppermint oil. These are all 100% pure essential oils. Some of them are packaged so you do not need droppers. Two of the peppermint and two of the tea tree oil and I will use a dropper for this one; two drops, one, and two. Then what you do is take your towel, cover your head, and close your eyes. Make sure you keep your eyes closed. You might want to stir it around once with a wooden stick and then you just stay down there for 30 seconds or a minute with your eyes closed and you inhale the aromas to help you ease any sinus condition.
