How to do Side Lifts Ab Workout

Hi! I’m Angela on behalf of expertvillage.com and right now I’m going to show you an exercise that will work out your abdominals. This exercise is simple for the first 10 or 15 seconds and then you’ll want to take a break and then do it again. So what you want to do is just lay on your side like so and then lift you want to make sure that this is completely straight, this works the sides of the abdominals you’ll be able to feel it right away. And you don’t want to lean forward or lean backward just stay extremely straight and don’t rest this arm on the floor mat, just lay straight and your body might shake because it’s something new to you but then your body will get used to it, so you want to do this for 10 to 15 seconds and after you’re finished with the 10 or 15 seconds on this side, it’s good to switch on the other side so that both parts of the body get an equal amount of the work. Just do this and hold it and that is another way to work out your abs.
