Hi! I’m Angela on behalf of expertvillage.com and right now I’m going to show you an exercise that will work out your abs. This exercise I usually do about 10 or 15 or them and then I take a break. You want to have a floor mat and you just want to lay down and you want to extend your legs up and just bring them down to the floor and then lift up. The closer your feet reach to the floor the greater the impact of this exercise if you’re just beginning out you might just want to extend it out a little bit and then bring up, but if you’ve been doing this for a while you can bring them very close to the floor and then keep it there for a little while and you can feel the abdominal workout right away and then just lift up. And this works out the lower ab area you’ll be able to feel immediately when you do this exercise. So that is one of the ways to work out your abs.
