Hi! I’m Angela on behalf of expertvillage.com. In this clip I’m going to be talking about ways to exercise your abdominals and in this particular exercise it’s often used in polities and in yoga. This particular move it’s difficult and you only want to do it for a short period of time and then take a break and you’ll be able to feel it right away in your abs and the next day. Lay down and get comfortable and then what you want to do is extend your legs like this and lean back and you can feel it in your lower abdominals immediately and what you want to do is count how many seconds that you’re doing this for and you want to go like this and breath while you’re doing like….and maybe do that for 10 seconds 12 seconds until you feel a strain and then take a break and breath in and out and if you have enough energy do another rap. And that is a way to work out your abs.
