Right now I’m going to show you an ab exercise and this particular exercise is very basic you’re probably familiar with it, but I can show you some techniques on how to make it more effective. You want to have a floor mat and you just want to lay down, make yourself comfortable and this crunch is just a basic crunch. You’ll lift up like this and you just want to look up straight forward you don’t want to bend your neck or anything, just look straight forward a lot of people will do this which strains the neck and makes the crunch less efficient. Another technique you can do to prevent this from happening is to extend your hands out like so to get so that you’re not bending like that. Often I’ll do 50 at a time and then take a break and then do another 50. This is the basic crunch and techniques on how to make it more effective.
