Hi! I’m Angela on behalf of expertvillage.com and right now I’m going to show a very simple abdominal exercise. It’s similar to the simple crunch that I showed you earlier but it works up the sides of the abdominals. What you want to do is lay on your side like this, put your hands behind your back and your head and just simply just go like this and lift up to vary the exercise and change some parts where stretching and working out is to adjust your legs like this, the closer you move in the closer to the middle of your ads you’re working out. If you want to work the sides extend them out like this and then do a crunch towards your legs, so if I’m doing like this is my leg extended I can feel the abdominal work out right here whereas if I lift them up incompletely I can lift up farther and there’s more abdominal work out towards the middle. And this is one of the ways to work out your abs.
