This cocktail is called "South Side." Start off with putting our ice in our glass. Then we're going to do one and a half ounces of vodka. Or one to two. One to two. We'll do one. One ounce of vodka. Then half an ounce of triple sec. In that goes. Now we're going to do lime juice. Two ounces of lime juice this calls for. So, in this case, it is good to use the Rose's lime juice because you can measure it out, like so. And then one to two ounces of soda water. I'm just going to fill with soda water. Very lime-y drink. Now, shake it all up. Now, with your South Side, *singing* South Side, you can also put mint leaves in on there. Mint sprigs. If you don't have the mint leaves, you can also use what I have, which is mint flakes. But it'll give it a nice minty, refreshing taste on top of all of the citrus-y stuff. So, yeah, that smells so good. Those are my mint flakes. I'm going to stir them in. And that is your South Side. You're good to go. Cheers.
