Hello my name is Carey Kepler I'm a functional training coach I also triathletes and for the beginning beginner to intermediate and if you would like more information you can go to my website at www. boundless-energy.com. I want to talk about what you will need in your bike maintenance kit, this is something you want to carry on your bike while your out riding you don't want to get stuck getting a flat or you know needing help or making an adjustment. If the knee starts to hurt or something else goes wrong you want to make sure that you have some tools on you. This kit can fit right out back here underneath the seat it's not going to be you know to heavy to much weight so it's perfectly fine there, you'll find some that fit up front like on this bike here same type stuff you got all your tools in it. There just some key essentials that you want to make sure that you have you want to make sure that you have a tube okay an additional tube, a lot of times 2 tubes is a good idea but make sure that there's at least 1 tube. You want to make sure you have a tube tire remover this comes in a set of 3 and your going to be able to move the tube the tire quickly so it will assist you doing the tire off. You want to make sure that you have a tool kit that has your different adjusters here that you can adjust your seat and adjust most any area on the bike with this tool right here. You want to make sure that you have that with you and you know I carry a tire tube patch kit so that's going to help in case 1 tube is used and you need to patch another one. It's got whatever you need in that little kit right there and one of the most important thing is a co2 cartridge this is going to allow you to air up your tire quickly it's obviously very small you can carry it any where. And it's easy and light for races specifically and of course useful and emergency, if you want to carry this at least with 2 cartridges would be the best idea and also if you put a hand pump on the bike your going to able to if something goes wrong with your co2 cartridge your going to be definitely pump up your bike. So I suggest putting and holding onto one of these if you don't put it on your bike stick it on one of your shirts in that pocket and that's always there with you. Money at last but not least go ahead and throw yourself cell phone in your pouch or again in that pocket so you'll always be available to reach somebody if your not able to fix your own bike.
