How to Train for Triathlon Bicycling

Hello my name is Carey Kepler I'm a functional training coach I'm a triathlon coach I work with beginning beginner to intermediate and if you would like more information you can contact me at www. boundless-energy.com. I want to talk about the efficiency and stroke can dance that you want to have while you train and ride on your bike. What you want to do is be most efficient and on the bike and when you do get on your bike and you get it set up appropriately and properly the most important thing is that you are making circles and when I say your making circles you don't want to bottom out so your not going to always hit that 6 o'clock position and feel like your pressing down on the bike. That would look like more like and oval or maybe a half moon so your really trying to create circles you really want to press down and through until 7 o'clock and then your going to start pulling up with a quad muscles until you come back around until about 3 o'clock and your going to use the hand stings and gluts until you come back around to 4 o'clock. And what that's going to do is going to help with your inefficiency and your going to create a nice circle fill with your legs and foot and your leg your muscles are going to use most efficiently. And I'm going to have Jeremy demonstrate on the bike what that should look like, your trying to use all the muscle groups in efficient pattern to create circles.
