Mallelieu Mixed Drink

This cocktail is called mallelieu, m a l l e l i e u, mallelieu, something like that. Go ahead and start off with your ice in your cocktail glass, or your shaker glass there. We're going to do 1 1/2 ounces of light rum. Here we go, one and 1/2. Now we're going to do 1/2 an ounce of grande manier. Grande manier is an orange liquor. It's a thick orange liquor. It's really tasty. And we're going to do 2 ounces of orange juice. So this is an orange flavored rum drink. Very tasty. Very good. It's going to go down easy. Mix it together there. Get your cocktail glass out. This is what you're mallelieu is going to look like. You can garnish this with an orange slice like so and a cocktail straw and that is pretty simple. Now it's up to you. You could add more rum or more grande manier to taste. Play around with it. See what you like best. So that's it. Cheers.
