Body Positioning for Triathlon Bicycling

What I want to talk about is the body position on the bike and what you want to make sure and look for while your riding and to feel comfortable and the different hand positions that you can be. And make sure that your seat high adjustment is appropriate so that when your pedal stroke all the way down is there's only a slide about 10 degree bend in the knee. So that you want to make sure that your not trying to reach to the pedal you want to have that 10 degree bend, also you want to make sure that your position from the seat to the bar is correct distance in what you feel comfortable when your arrow bars, "go head Jeremy get in your arrow bars" that when your seated on your bike that you have a nice curve that your abdominal muscles are in and that you feel comfortable in balance here and you can stay in that position for distances. So you want to make sure that your seat height and the distance between the saddle and the bar is correct and that you feel comfortable. Also what you want to make sure is that when your riding that you under stand where your gear shift is that you can have your hands in the lower position of bottom hand position while your riding and in this particular bike he has his gear shift at the handle so he going to do most all of his shifting in his arrow bars. If not Jeremy is going to slip a hand up to a gear shift and change gears while he's in that riding position with his hands down.
