Loading Brush: Body Art Tips

Hi! This is Christina Mendocino at thehennagirl.com and now we are going talk about loading the brush and some practice techniques to get used to using the brush before you start to use it on people. So here I have the palette, what you are going to do is wet your brush and then you go like that back and forth to load the brush. A lot of people would stick it down and go like that and just rub it. What you do then is you make the bristles spread out and you will ruin your brush, it would not get the point so easy. So you load it back and forth like that. And we are going to do just a simple design actually not even a design, I am just going to show you somethings to practice with your brush first. Lay the tip down and then do like a wave, up and down, up and down and up and down and what that does is that gets you used to the motion of the brush and you can learn your limits with it. Another thing is if you want to make dots then you put water on your brush you load it again and you take the tip and you could just spin it like that making little dots in there.
