This cocktail is called maestro. Go ahead and start off by putting your ice in your glass like so, we are going to do one and a half ounces of rum. Dark rum, or golden rum I guess I should say, not like super dark. Now we are going to do half an ounce of dry sherry. In that goes. You are going to do a half an ounce of lime juice. If you have fresh limes just squeeze a half an ounce out, if you do not, Rosa's lime juice works just as good. And shake all of this together. So, gold rum, sherry and lime juice. This is what it looks like so far. Then you are going to take ginger ale and fill the rest up, four ounces or so with ginger ale. And last but not least, take a lemon and go ahead and peel the rind off like so. Then you are going to twist that and all of the oils in the peels are going to seep through and mix with your cocktail like so. Garnish with a cocktail straw and that is your maestro. Cheers.
