Lolita Mixed Drink

This cocktail is called "Lolita". Go ahead and start off by putting your ice in your mixing glass, like so, then we're going to do 2 ounces of tequila, gold tequila. There's one, there we go, there's two. Now we're going to add about a tablespoon or so of honey, eyeball, it depends on how sweet you like your cocktails. Go ahead and get that in there, get in there. Lovely. And now, a dash of bitters and a dash of lime juice, maybe a couple of dashes of lime juice. Shake it all together. Shake it real good so the honey gets mixed up and dissolves. That's what your Lolita's going to look like. Go ahead and garnish that with a cocktail straw and you are good to go. Cheers!
