Homemade Shakers Made from Household Items
Hello I'm Annie Brunson on behalf of Expert Village. We are making musical instruments using everyday household items. Today we are going to make some shakers. You could make shakers out of pretty much anything. I got a empty herb jar, a got just a container that I could fill both ends of seal. So first of all I'm going to decorate both of the jars. Take a little bit of paper. You could either glue the paper on or you could tape it on. I'm going to tape it on for right now. The next thing that we do is we just fill the containers with interesting sounds. I'm going to put some popcorn in one. I like this sound of that. I'm going to put some split peas in here. So now I have two different sound shakers.
