Making the Hole for the Balloon Hovercraft

Hi this is Scott Thompson from expertvillage.com, and today I am going to demonstrate a way to put those used CDs to use by building a small balloon hovercraft. We are almost done: we got the plastic pipe on, piece of cardboard glued on to the CD. You can turn it over, and taking the poking object that you have selected, whether it is a pencil or a thumb tack or a pen, you want to start working through that cardboard and make a small hole. Depending on the size of the sharp object, we have to work it around and around a bit. That is going to be how the air in balloon sneaks out of the balloon and gets underneath the CD.
