Padded palm the second pose is a gentle forward bend it’s also a little bit of a hip opener so if you start seated you may choose to sit up onto a pillow or a blanket to allow your knees to release down towards the floor and then come high into your fingertips and leading with your chest just gently walk your hands forward and extend forward with the length in your spine. Try to keep the extension long even if as you draw your torso toward the floor so you are not collapsing in your spine but you can release the forearms down if you can maintain the length and then slowly begin to extend your forehead towards the floor making sure your breath stays nice and soft inhale draw the fingers back up and walk them back toward your shins sitting up nice and tall.
