Weave Shuffling a Deck of Cards

Hi, welcome back to Expert Village. I'm Pete Perata and now we are going to get into the weave shuffle. This is a variation of the overhand shuffle, but it mixes up the cards into a different pattern. Once you have the overhand shuffle down, a variation on the shuffle is what is called the weave shuffle in order to execute the weave shuffle it is simply a basic overhand shuffle but, you weave the cards in your left hand back and forth as you come down with the main part of the deck. Just like the overhand shuffle which lays all the cards on the card on your left hand the weave shuffle comes down in a similar fashion, but you use your left hand in order to alternate the cards back and forth. So that the cards have a better mixture of follow on top and bottom of the deck. Overhand and a weave.
