Chilton Vodka Drink

This cocktail is called a Chilton. Now normally you can rim your cocktail glass with salt. But I don't have salt at this point. I do have little salt shakers, maybe I can toss a little bit of salt in there. But it?s up to you. It?s going to be tasty with or without the salt; totally your choice. Put our ice in the glass, and we're going to do an ounce and a half of vodka. That's an ounce. That's a half. And now we're going to do some lemon juice. Now this is up to you as well, this is to your tasting. I happen to like lemon juice, so I'll probably do, that's about an ounce of lemon juice right there. And then the rest is just going to be soda water, like so. So vodka, lemon juice and soda water. This is actually one of my favorite cocktails. Shake that all together. Mix it really well. Get your cocktail glass out. That is what your Chilton looks like. We're going to garnish the Chilton with a lemon wedge. Actually, going to go ahead and squeeze some more lemon juice in there. Like so, and a stirring straw, and you are good to go. Cheers.
