Hello! My name is Naimah, and on behalf of Expert Village, I will now demonstrate what’s called an umi. You want to begin by bending the knees slightly. You’re going to move the hip to the right, then forward, to the left, and back. Right, forward, left, back, smooth it out. Now, we’re going to alternate. We’re going to go forward, to the right, to the back, to the left, forward, right, back, left, forward, right, back, left, smooth it out. That ends our segment on umis.
