Bound Angle Yoga Pose for Stress Relief

So these next few poses are hip opening poses which are going to help release tightness and stress from the lower back area. Hips are a place where we tend to hold a lot of tension and unconscious emotion so these will help to release that. Ah be mindful to maintain your breath sitting onto your sit bones taking the soles of your feet together you can draw your hands back behind your hips to open up your knees. Try to shift so that you are sitting onto your sit bones to extend the knees out to the side think of lengthening from the pelvis and then pressing the feet together keep your chest open sides of the body long and then you can just close your eyes and try to soften let go of tension in the inner thigh inner hip area. You can gently draw your knees toward each other to come out of the pose.
