Today, I'm going to demonstrate how to mix an Amoco. An Amoco's a shot that combines 151 rum, vodka and just a touch of a coffee liqueur. Now, we're going to begin by pouring our 151 rum and our vodka directly into our shot glass, neat. That means not chilled whatsoever. So we're going to go equal counts on this or about three-quarters of an ounce to three-quarters of an ounce or just a three count total. So, one, two and three, is going to get us what we're looking for. Now, we're using basically well brands, I mean Cruzan isn't so much of a well brand, but still the rum, I mean, I'm sorry, the vodka we're using is. Feel free to bring that up to some high quality, premium vodka if you like. Whatever suits your taste. From there, we're going to take our coffee liqueur. We're using Kahlua, it's probably the world's most famous coffee liqueur. But there are a lot of different brands out there so feel free to experiment a little bit. And now, what we're going to do, is we're just going to pour just a couple of drops right on top, just like so. It's going to create a nice little forest color. And that is going to be your Amoco. Really tasty, really unique shot. Something different. Enjoy.
