Acid Mixed Drink

Today I am going to demonstrate how to mix and Acid shooter. Now, this is a really basic cocktail or shot that calls for 2 different alcohols, both really strong. We're going to using 100 proof bourbon. We have 101 proof Wild Turkey and we're going to be using 150 proof rum. We're using Cruzan but feel free to use any of your choice. Now, obviously, your rum is going to be made from a sugarcane mash where as your Wild Turkey bourbon is being made from a grain mash. So it's going to be a interesting sweet and yet bold flavor for the shot. We don't chill this at all. It's really important to note that. It's just poured directly into a shot glass and take like a man, I guess you could say but if you're a woman feel to shoot this anyways. So, we're going to go equal parts or basically 3/4 of an ounce of each to fill up a shot glass. So, 1,2,3,4 would actually be about an ounce of each but this is a smaller shot glass. I'm assuming it's only an ounce and a 1/2 for that size, specifically. So, there is a close up look of your Acid shot. Kick it back an enjoy.
