We are going to do half of an ounce of White Creme de Menthe. Creme de Menthe was made famous by Carlos and Charlie's in Mexico, in Acapulco. It is a very popular bar. We are going to do some grapefruit juice. Just eyeball it. And then some orange juice. It is a very tropical drink. Put it together and shake it on up. You are going to take your rocks glass, and pour it on out. Throw a little umbrella in there. There you go, Acapulco Zombie.
