Another gentle hip opener which is also a cooling forward bend is a wide-angle straddle because you can extend you feet wide out to the side flexing your toes up and then first taking your hands behind your back connecting to your pelvis on the floor extend your spine up from there. Soften your shoulders down. Feel your breath and try to let go of tightness in the hips or the pelvis and then you may stay like this or if you want to add the forward bend take your hands forward and just gently begin to release your palms toward the floor hide your elbows in and try to extend your chest forward keeping length in the back of your neck. Slowly walk your hands back up and draw your legs together.
