The next pose is sitting on your shins with your big toes together first. Try to feel like you are connecting your sit bones towards your heels and then gently begin to widen your knees a little bit. Take your hands to point towards your hips lift your pelvis up scoop your tailbone forward bend your elbows and begin to gently stretch the front of your legs your quads. Breathe into your chest keep the shoulder blades down the back chest lifted and just try to soften wherever you feel this so you are trying to open up the whole front of the hip and pelvis area. Release any tightness that’s holding on there. Press your hands to the floor and lift your torso back up and draw your shins together.
