I have here a anti static wrist strap because this is important when you clean a PC you don't want to cause electrified discharge while you are cleaning the PC, otherwise you are going to fry the components. This is how you use a anti static wrist strap. What you do you just strap it on to your wrist. Now, this anti static wrist strap is to keep you grounded to prevent electro static discharge while you are cleaning or raking around the various components inside the PC. As soon you are working in the inside of the PC, this other part here lead you clip it like that or anywhere. That's how it works. So while you are working you are grounded so you don't you don't discharge any static electricity.
