The next Vinyasa I am going to show is a jump switch variation on a lunge pose. So this is great way to build so heat, create some intensity. As you are moving through the sun salutation you can just add this in. Inhale, extend you spine and then switch legs, extending the back leg far back behind you, feel your breathe, inhale and then again switching so you are lifting your hips and hoping from one foot to the other just a few times and then step the back foot forward. Inhale extend, exhale.
