How To Pick Hiking Shoes

Hi! This is Chris and on behalf of expertvillage.com in this clip we are going to talk about shoes for hiking. There are many types of shoes that could be used for different kinds of hikes. The standard pair of tennis shoes would do just find for hiking through the park or perhaps a regular wooded trail. The more strain that you beginning to in combursen requires different equipment and different shoes. Now if you look at my shoes I'm wearing a cross trainer which a cross of a tennis shoe and a boot. This is excellent for day hikes and for short hikes without to much to incline or decline. They have a very good grip and they tie around the ankle quiet sturdy so you could have a great deal of support. When you move on to a more challenging hike you want to move into a boot. The biggest thing about the boot that makes it difference is the support of the ankle, the more strianous your hike considering weighting the factor of how much weight you are going to carry you want more ankle support for the more weight that you carry and the more straining that ....... becomes. Also with boots it is good to have very long shoelaces. As you could tie them around your ankles and create a even further barer of support. You want to make sure that your grip is still in good condition when you start off in your hikes.
