High Steps & Hurdles Conditioning Field Drills for Athletes

Alright what we’re going to do… Priest is going to be walking over the hurdles, working on his hip flexure, getting that good knee drive where he can get all those breakaway runs. Alright Priest, let’s go. It’s very important basketball players can do it, baseball, really track people use this a lot… and this is good for like receivers, running backs and DB’s. Alright Priest, let’s go. And what he’s going to do is stay with the same leg, you want to stay with the same leg 5 times. And usually we go with 10 hurdles; we’re going to 5 today. Usually we want to go 10 hurdles. Okay now he’s going to go with his left leg, alright. See how he’s getting his knees up it’s just like a hurdler: he’s getting those knees up. Alright, good job Priest.
