The Ali Shuffle (Washing Machine) Ropes Exercise for Athletes

Alright this next drill we call a Ali shuffle. Ali shuffle… it’s more like a washing machine twist. You’re working your hips; alright you’re going to twist just like that, turning your hips, turning your hips. I want you to move those hips like a washing machine; twist them hips, ready hit it. There you go, there you go as you can see he’s working those hips… very important as a running back you’ve got to work those hips. Got one out, good job, good job, good job baby!
