Here we go, now we’re going to start up with another warm up. We call this the speed lap. All this does is it helps you with your quick feet. Alright, let’s go one in the hole all the way through, one in the hole. Good job baby! Good job, good job! Now we’re going to go two in the hole. That time you went one feet in each hole, now we’re going to both feet in the same holes, ready go. And as he gets to the end he’s going to drive out five yards, good job, good job.
