Play Eb7 Chord on the Top 4 Guitar Strings: 2nd Inversion

To play an E flat seven in second inversion across the top five strings, without having to bar: place your ring finger on the 13th fret of the fifth string, and use the meat of that finger to mute the fourth string, then place your middle finger on the 12th fret of the third string, your pinkie on the 14th fret of the second string, and your forefinger on the top string at the 11th fret. Play only the top five strings and your chord should sound like this.
